Account details (name, email, phone), group and booking activity, and KYC information you submit for verification.

2. How KYC is used

KYC information is used solely to verify buyer identity and is encrypted at rest. Builders receive only aggregated, anonymised verification status — never your raw documents.

3. Sharing with builders

When a group submits demand, builders see aggregated information: buyer count, verification status, unit mix and timeline. Personal contact details are shared only with your consent at booking.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
